Come join our team as a Leasing Professional! We have an opening on our team at a lease up property in Denton! Earn lease up bonuses!

Leasing Consultants are responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of the apartment community, and properly securing lease agreements from qualified applicants.

This role is all about SELLING homes & the apartment community. The strongest candidate will have a deep understanding and related experience in customer service and sales. From face-to-face greetings and community tours to phone calls, emails, and text messages, we are looking for an amazing Team Member with charisma, personality, and the ability to close!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences while being pleasant, cheerful, and tactful.
• Professionally present the apartment community and specific apartment home(s) while pointing out features and benefits.
• Monitor all vacancies and future vacancies to react proactively to future occupancy needs.
• Conduct follow-up calls with all residents to establish positive resident relations.
• Accurately prepare and assist with all leasing paperwork including applications, screenings, verification, communication, lease agreements, addenda, employment verification, renewals, and leasing move-in packets.
• Support the overall marketing efforts and assist with new and creative ways to market. Monitor and maintain all community advertising and effectiveness of the response.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience is required.
• Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships and meet current and prospective resident needs
• Confidence to close the sale
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
• Must be driven, teachable and humble.
• Ability to support and contribute to a team.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets and using the Internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related activities.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
